Outcomes over content
Work toward something you want to understand, say, or do—not an arbitrary list selected for everyone.
About Jetway
Language learning should help you connect with someone, do your work, participate in a culture, or enter a new world—not merely complete content or keep a streak alive.
What we believe
Work toward something you want to understand, say, or do—not an arbitrary list selected for everyone.
Recall, speaking, structured exchanges, and role-play move useful language toward independent use.
Courses, retention, challenge fit, and real-world activity should all help the coach decide what comes next.

Founder
Jetway is the creation of Dan Diephouse. Learning French so he could work remotely from Paris spiraled into several more languages—and a long-running experiment in how technology could make language learning more personal, practical, and efficient.
When he is not working on Jetway, Dan is the co-founder and co-winemaker at Corollary Wines, or biking in the mountains of Oregon.
Get involved
We would love to hear what you are learning, where Jetway helps, and where it gets in your way.
